I was amazed at how many of the ladies wanted a pink hardhat...and I also found it a nice safety reward to give out specialty hard hats like American flag, Canada maple leaf logos, and the "chopper" hard hats...I am just glad they wear them and it is good that they like wearing a hardhat that makes a safety statement.
