Below, you'll find a simplified step-by-step process for how CAD cut works.


Custom vinyl CAD cut is reached in the following four steps:
1. Create
2. Cut
3. Weed
4. Heat

In the first step we create your text or logo by typing or loading it into our graphics program, Adobe Illustrator. Next, we will send your logo or design to the plotter, otherwise known as the cutter.

Next, in the cutting and weeding process, the plotter removes the unwanted, unnecessary vinyl from the text cut out, which will reveal your new custom design. In the last step, your text or logo is "heat pressed" onto your new custom safety vest.
