Friday afternoon, 4 o'clock, Jeff can hardly wait to get off work and rush home for a holiday weekend with his family. It's Fourth of July and they always do it up big - a cookout, fireworks. His wife of five years, Debbie, calls to tell him she's starting dinner, and she can't wait to have him home. He can hear the kids laughing and playing in the background.
