I think this one is a no-brainer, you can either flip the bill for safety supplies like hard hats, safety vests, goggles etc, which if you buy in bulk will be less expensive then flipping the bill for workers compensation for an employee cutting some corners because its out of their budget to get the safety equipment or that its out of date.
