Feds to probe forklift accident that killed Mahopac man

YONKERS - The federal Occupational Safety and
Health Administration will investigate Monday's forklift accident that
killed a 44-year-old Mahopac man, Yonkers police said.

Joseph Dimase was pinned between a forklift and a truck where he worked at Idaho Beverage Inc., 1010 Saw Mill River Road.

Police
got an emergency call just after 6 p.m. and found Dimase lying still
with his head in a co-worker's hands. He had a pulse, but he was not
breathing, police said.
